The exhibited unit is the original Carrier 19XRV series integrated onboard VFD centrifugal chiller manufactured by Shanghai Carrier Transicold. Full model No. 19XR404038HUGU52-SR3N091, rated cooling capacity 1934kW, reaching national Class 1 energy efficiency standard. It is ideal for central water-cooled air conditioning renovation projects of large commercial complexes, office buildings, data centers, hospitals and industrial plants.

Built-in Onboard VFD Technology, Outstanding Energy Saving Equipped with original Carrier integrated onboard VFD variable frequency drive, the electric control cabinet is mounted on the top of the unit, no extra separate frequency cabinet required to save machine room space. Integrated part load value (IPLV) reaches 6.31, COP up to 5.75 under standard condition. It saves over 30% power consumption under partial load compared with traditional fixed-speed centrifugal chillers, greatly cutting long-term operation cost, perfectly adapting to variable cooling load of buildings in different seasons and day-night periods.

Original Two-stage Centrifugal Compressor, Stable & Low Noise Operation Adopts mature Carrier two-stage centrifugal compressor with aerodynamically optimized impeller, featuring low vibration and low noise during operation. Compatible with environment-friendly refrigerant with tight sealing structure to avoid frequent gas leakage. Wide operating temperature range allows stable startup in hot and cold climate, suitable for projects in all regions of China.

Integrated Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger, High Heat Exchange Efficiency Evaporator and condenser adopt large-bore shell & tube vessels with anti-scaling tubes, easy to clean and suitable for construction sites with ordinary cooling water quality. Large flange water nozzles enable fast pipeline connection to shorten installation time. All vessels passed factory pressure test with anti-corrosion treatment. This second-hand unit has completed rust removal and pressure leak detection before exhibition.
